" I just had the worst experience ever with Krystal the billing manager!! Horrible customer service!! I made an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday and over the weekend. I started not feeling well and I ended up in the ER on Monday. I had to cancel my appointment. I was unable to make it because I was in the emergency room.
